I’ve spent a lot of time answering this question w I’ve spent a lot of time answering this question what should I make for dinner? I realized we’re all overthinking it. 

All you need to do is find what works for you. Pick 3-6 of your favorite dishes and make them on repeat that’s what my mom did growing up and I don’t ever remember being bored 😂
And here’s why ⤵️

When you cook what you love to eat it becomes less of a chore. It does not have to taste the same each time though. Here is where the fun of spices, different veggies  and sauces come in. You can have your protien , veggies and carb each time but one night it’s taco, middle eastern, bbq etc. having a well stocked pantry helps fight the fatigue too! 

And now you know the secret to the sauce. 

Be sure to save this the next time you need dinner INSPO and send to a friend who’d love to know this too!

No more fish sticky grill situation… enter mayo S No more fish sticky grill situation… enter mayo 
Save this for the next time you grill salmon! 

A brush of mayo on the fish gives it the fat it needs to keep it from sticking also the proteins and sugars enhance the browning process giving it a flavor packed crust! 

I simply season with salt and then after grilling toss it in my favorite lemon dressing. 

Dressing 
1/2 cup - 3/4 cup olive oil @wearebrightland
2 tbsp pepperchini brine 
1 tbsp Dijon mustard 
Pinch of red pepper flakes 
1  lemon zest and juice 
1/2 shallot minced 
Salt and pepper to taste 

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for a few minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary

Grilled avocados 🥑 are a staple for me only takes a minute but once they hit the grill they get so rich and buttery 

The perfect vessel for a bean salad !

Avocados for grilling 
2 tbsp olive oil @wearebrightland alive blend 
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
2 cans white beans rinsed and drained 
1 cup -  little mozzarella balls or diced mozzarella or grated Parmesan
1 roasted red bell pepper, chopped 
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes ( drained from oil) 
1 can artichoke hearts ( drained from water, chopped) 
1 bunch fresh basil , thinly sliced 
2 tbsp red wine vinegar 
1 tbsp ground oregano @burlapandbarrel 
Salt and Freshly ground black pepper

Add all ingredients into a bowl Toss and taste add more salt and pepper if needed! 

For avocado- heat grill to medium high and brush avocados with olive oil place flesh side down for 1-2 minutes remove and season with salt then add salad!

1 cup fresh pineapple
 1 medium banana
1 scoop vanilla protein @equipfoods (chefdanielle) 
 1 tbsp hemp seeds
 1 packed handful spinach
 ¼–½ avocado
 1 tbsp almond butter
couple shakes of  cinnamon
 1 serving Reishi mushroom 
 pinch  Sea salt
1 cup liquid of choice - I like coconut water 

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth 

Ingredient highlights 

Pineapple - Contains bromelain, an enzyme that may reduce inflammation and soreness
Supports protein digestion, improving amino acid uptake

Banana - Restores glycogen quickly
High in potassium, helping prevent cramps and neuromuscular fatigue

Beef isolate protein- High in leucine, which triggers muscle protein synthesis
Fast absorption → ideal post-training
Supports muscle repair, strength gains, and recovery speed

Hemp seeds - Rich in omega-3 fatty acids → joint and inflammation support
Contain magnesium and zinc for recovery

Almond butter - Adds healthy fats and some protein, Provides vitamin E, an antioxidant important for muscle repair, Supports stable blood sugar post-workout

Storing muffins with a paper towel keeps them fresh by absorbing excess moisture that escapes as they sit on the counter. preventing the tops from becoming soggy. 

Placing paper towels at the  bottom of an airtight container acts as a buffer that manages humidity, keeping the crumb moist while maintaining a dry, desirable texture.
