1 cup fresh pineapple
 1 medium banana
1 scoop vanilla protein @equipfoods (chefdanielle) 
 1 tbsp hemp seeds
 1 packed handful spinach
 ¼–½ avocado
 1 tbsp almond butter
couple shakes of  cinnamon
 1 serving Reishi mushroom 
 pinch  Sea salt
1 cup liquid of choice - I like coconut water 

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth 

Ingredient highlights 

Pineapple - Contains bromelain, an enzyme that may reduce inflammation and soreness
Supports protein digestion, improving amino acid uptake

Banana - Restores glycogen quickly
High in potassium, helping prevent cramps and neuromuscular fatigue

Beef isolate protein- High in leucine, which triggers muscle protein synthesis
Fast absorption → ideal post-training
Supports muscle repair, strength gains, and recovery speed

Hemp seeds - Rich in omega-3 fatty acids → joint and inflammation support
Contain magnesium and zinc for recovery

Spinach -High in magnesium, aiding muscle relaxation
Provides iron and nitrates, supporting oxygen delivery

Almond butter - Adds healthy fats and some protein, Provides vitamin E, an antioxidant important for muscle repair, Supports stable blood sugar post-workout

Cinnamon- Improves insulin sensitivity, helping shuttle carbs into muscles

Salt - replaces sodium levels, electrolytes and balances flavors 

Reshi - supports immune system, fights fatigue and helps sleep

#recipe 
1 ripe avocado
¼ cup creamy almond butter 
¼ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tsp espresso powder 
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder
1/3 cup almond flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder @equipfoods ( code Chefdanielle) 
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ cup chocolate chips 

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch square cake pan with oil. 
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the avocado flesh with the almond butter, maple syrup, eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla.
Blend until very smooth.
Now add the espresso, protein , cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Blend until the mixture is fully incorporated and smooth. 
transfer the brownie batter to your prepared cake pan. Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. 
Bake for 18-25minutes, until the edges are firm or the center is slightly giggly. Feel free to bake until a toothpick comes out clean I like mine on the gooey side . 
Let cool in the pan slice and enjoy!

Always make a double batch - freeze for the days when you don’t want to cook- your future self will thank you 

1 lb ground turkey @diestelfamilyranch 
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes in olive oil 
2 peeled garlic cloves 
1 tbsp dried oregano @burlapandbarrel 
1 small shallot 
1/2 cup fresh basil and parsley 
Salt and pepper 
1/4 cup toasted panko 
1 egg 
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 
1-2 tbsp Olive oil @wearebrightland 

Heat oven 400’f. 

In a food processor blend sundried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, shallot, basil and parsley until smooth ish. In a bowl add turkey salt, pepper, panko, egg and feta. Add tomato mixture and mix. ( wet your hands easier to mix) 
Heat skillet over medium heat and cook a bite sized portion of the mixture. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 
Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. 
Drizzle with olive oil and Bake  in a 400’f oven for 13-15 minutes depending on the size of balls! Or freeze and enjoy whenever you’re craving meatballs
