These are always in my fridge! I’m an end the day These are always in my fridge! I’m an end  the day in a sweet note type of person and these hit home everytime. One bowl and 5 minutes these taste so amazing after a hard training session too 😉

All you need is 

2⁄3 cup creamy peanut butter �1⁄3 cup Maple syrup �1 tsp vanilla extract �1⁄4 cup Almond flour �1 tsp espresso powder �3 tbsp cacao powder 
Pinch of salt �1⁄2 cup chocolate protein powder  @equipfoods ( Chefdanielle) save 15% �1⁄2 cup chocolate chips @hukitchen 

Instructions
In a medium bowl add peanut butter, vanilla, espresso powder, maple syrup. Give a stir and add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix until smooth ( you might need to use your hands ) add in the chocolate chips and mix. Form into balls and store in the fridge.

All you need is : 

Olive oil @wearebrightland 
Boneless chicken thighs @pasturebird 
Kosher salt 
Chili powder 
Cumin powder 
Sliced red pepper and onions 
Few smashed garlic cloves 
14 ounces red enchilada sauce homemade or store bought 
Fresh cilantro, lime zest and juice for serving 

Heat instant pot on sauté mode. Add a swirl of olive oil and sauté peppers and onions for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften. 
Season chicken with salt, chili powder and cumin. Remove pepper mix add more olive oil to pot and sear chicken on each side. Turn sauté mode off and pour in enchilada sauce and add garlic and onion mix back in. Stir well place lid on. Hit Manuel button time for 7 minutes with the seal closed. Once done release steam and shred. Add in fresh chopped cilantro, lime zest and juice!

I love a crispy potato and my client asked me to m I love a crispy potato and my client asked me to make them a version of their favorite restaurant . She said they were even better 🤗

2 key things is warming baking sheet with the oven and adding baking soda to your water! 

the alkaline water helps the exteriors of the potatoes break down more, creating much more of the starchy slurry that leads to an extra-crisp exterior. About a half teaspoon of baking soda for two quarts of water. 

Once cooked to knife tender drain and cool for a few minutes and pat dry. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and smash down. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, onion powder, paprika and garlic powder. 
Or use your favorite spice mix. Bake 425’f for 15-25 minutes
