Hummus is one of the most versatile and simplest dishes you can eat and make. I love it because you can use any flavors you love and its lasts all week in the fridge. Also great for toast, sauces etc

I love to serve dips with roasted veggies that are in season just adds that extra bit of kick to the dish. Few tips for a delicious hummus:

Boil a can of chickpeas with baking soda until they are mushy ( get that smooth texture)
Have a delicious Tahini my favorite is @seedandmill
Ice cold water ( think like pie dough)
Lemon juice
Garlic
Flavor bombs - roasted red peppers, fresh herbs, feta cheese, harissa paste, sundried tomatoes, chipotle peppers, roasted veggies etc…

what is your favorite hummus?

Since shrimp cooks so quickly I find that tossing it in a sauce/marinade after cooking brings so much more flavor and it also doesn’t stick to the grill!

All I do is make sure the grill is oiled and season what shrimp with salt. Cook and toss right into my favorite marinade ⬇️

1/2 cup Olive oil @wearebrightland ( code Chefdanielle)
1 Lemon juice and zest
1/2 cup Fresh herbs
1 tbsp Kosher salt @redmondrealsalt
2 cloves Grated garlic
1 tbsp Pepper

Whisk all together and toss with hot shrimp!
