Save and share this 3 ingredient GF flatbread! My Save and share this 3 ingredient GF flatbread! My favorite way to use leftover potatoes. You can use any type of potato as well! Fluffy, packed with flavor and so easy to make! Great source of resistance starch = good for the gut One recipe and multiple possibilities! Simple sweet potato- just egg, salt and cassava flour Herby purple sweet potato- egg, herbs, salt and cassava All you need is 1 Egg 2 large - Cooked mashed sweet potato - peel and dice boil until fork tender, drain and allow to cool 1/4 cup Cassava flour @ottosnaturals - may need more or a bit less want it to be dough like but a little sticky Spices - optional 1 tsp Salt @redmondrealsalt Olive oil for cooking @wearebrightland (Chefdanielle) Mid all in a bowl until dough like consistency and form into flatbreads. Cook in olive oil 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. I hate to tell you but making carmelized onions in I hate to tell you but making carmelized onions in the slow cooker actually works If your like me and love carmelized onions but don’t love waiting for them to cook for 45-60 minutes this is my new go to way! Literally put the onions in the slow cooker before bed and wake up to pure deliciousness. I also love to freeze in ice cube trays for meals later in the week/month All you need is - I did a mix of onions but you can easily just use 1 type 6 large onions - peeled and thinly sliced ( red and sweet ) 1 bay leaf 1 tsp kosher salt 3 tbsp olive oil @wearebrightland (Chefdanielle save 20%) Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and toss. Cook on low for 12 hours. All you need to do is warm dates in 350’f oven for 5-7 minutes and then drizzle with olive oil and finish with salt! Few date tips- Once you get dates home transfer to a glass jar and store at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 6 months! How to know if they are still good?!
