Chocolate and peanut butter need I say more? These are one of my athletes favorite after workout treats. Filled with healthy fats, protein, carbs and give you that Reeses peanut butter cup vibe we all love.
These are refined sugar free, whole foods based and perfect for a snack or treat. I love making a big batch of these to have on hand especially when we are all so busy and need some fuel.
All you need is
- Almond Flour
- Chocolate Protein Powder
- Cacao Powder
- Maple Syrup
- Espresso Powder
- Creamy peanut butter – nuts only
- pinch of salt , vanilla extract
- Chocolate Chips

In a medium bowl add peanut butter, vanilla, espresso powder, maple syrup. Give a stir and add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix until smooth ( you might need to use your hands ) add in the chocolate chips and mix. Form into balls and store in the fridge.
