All you need for this recipe is
- ripe bananas – make sure they are really ripe this will give the bread its sweetness
- Maple syurp
- peanut butter – I like using nut butter with nuts only
- eggs
- almond flour
- maca powder – gives the bread a hint of butterscotch flavor
- baking soda, salt
- vanilla extract
Mix everything in one bowl and bake in 35-40 minutes and this heavenly bread is ready for gobbling up. Store on the counter for 2 days or the fridge for 5. Happy baking xoxo!

Preheat oven to 350’F and prepare a loaf pan with either parchment paper or nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, Maca, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until completely combined.
Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Store at room temperature for 2 days, in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze.
