This chocolate hummus is the perfect healthier dessert ! It’s perfect with your favorite fruit, crackers, pretzels and tastes like brownie batter. Plus, it’s completely vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free. Need I say more?!

I love taking traditional treats and making them healthier because we all need more sweetness in our lives. I made this for a kids cooking camp and they absolutely loved it. The best part is you really wouldn’t believe it healthy. Packed with fiber and protein you will literally have no problem licking the spoon.

Only a handful of ingredients you probably have them in your pantry and 10 minutes with your blender this deliciousness is ready for eating. I love serving it with fruit and making apple pizzas with it.

All you need is :

  • Black beans
  • coconut sugar
  • cacao powder
  • your favorite nut butter – use peanut butter and tastes like a PB cup
  • vanilla and salt
  • espresso powder
  • milk or water to blend
  • optional – 1 scoop chocolate protein powder ( use code chefdanielle for a discount)

You just want to keep it in an air tight container in the fridge for about 5 days. I promise, if it goes bad, you’ll know! When it comes to beans, it’s a smell you can’t miss lol.
