1 cup fresh pineapple
 1 medium banana
1 scoop vanilla protein @equipfoods (chefdanielle) 
 1 tbsp hemp seeds
 1 packed handful spinach
 ¼–½ avocado
 1 tbsp almond butter
couple shakes of  cinnamon
 1 serving Reishi mushroom 
 pinch  Sea salt
1 cup liquid of choice - I like coconut water 

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth 

Ingredient highlights 

Pineapple - Contains bromelain, an enzyme that may reduce inflammation and soreness
Supports protein digestion, improving amino acid uptake

Banana - Restores glycogen quickly
High in potassium, helping prevent cramps and neuromuscular fatigue

Beef isolate protein- High in leucine, which triggers muscle protein synthesis
Fast absorption → ideal post-training
Supports muscle repair, strength gains, and recovery speed

Hemp seeds - Rich in omega-3 fatty acids → joint and inflammation support
Contain magnesium and zinc for recovery

Spinach -High in magnesium, aiding muscle relaxation
Provides iron and nitrates, supporting oxygen delivery

Almond butter - Adds healthy fats and some protein, Provides vitamin E, an antioxidant important for muscle repair, Supports stable blood sugar post-workout

Cinnamon- Improves insulin sensitivity, helping shuttle carbs into muscles

Salt - replaces sodium levels, electrolytes and balances flavors 

Reshi - supports immune system, fights fatigue and helps sleep

Do potatoes bring you joy? … Try these crispy crun Do potatoes bring you joy? … Try these crispy crunchy salt and vinegar roasted potatoes. Potatoes are one of my favorite carb/energy sources and these don’t disappoint 

The key is heating the baking sheet with the oven! 

Make these crispy crunchy salt and vinegar roasted potatoes! Turn on your oven and save this recipe for the next time you make potatoes!! 

All you need is 

Apple cider vinegar 
yukon gold potatoes - size of golfballs 
olive oil 
kosher salt 
granulated garlic or onion 

Heat your oven to 425’f with the baking sheet inside.

Add 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar to a pot and your potatoes cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until knife tender. Drain and allow to cool for a few minutes. Remove baking sheet from the oven and add potatoes smash down with a glass or your hands. Drizzle with olive oil about 1tbsp per potato and season generously with kosher salt and garlic granules. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and drizzle 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar over top while they are still hot.

Short on time? Or want a delicious meal fast? This Short on time? Or want a delicious meal fast? This is for you! Save this easy and so delicious instant pot red chili chicken! Perfect for when you’re short on time and just want a delicious meal!

All you need is : 

Olive oil @wearebrightland 
Boneless chicken thighs @pasturebird 
Kosher salt 
Chili powder 
Cumin powder 
Sliced red pepper and onions 
Few smashed garlic cloves 
14 ounces red enchilada sauce homemade or store bought 
Fresh cilantro, lime zest and juice for serving 

Heat instant pot on sauté mode. Add a swirl of olive oil and sauté peppers and onions for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften. 
Season chicken with salt, chili powder and cumin. Remove pepper mix add more olive oil to pot and sear chicken on each side. Turn sauté mode off and pour in enchilada sauce and add garlic and onion mix back in. Stir well place lid on. Hit Manuel button time for 7 minutes with the seal closed. Once done release steam and shred. Add in fresh chopped cilantro, lime zest and juice!
