Quick and easy meatball recipe. The best part is you can use any spices and herbs you love. Make a double batch one for now and one for the freezer!

1 pound of ground chicken
1  cup of cooked rice 
1 egg 
1 tablespoon of curry powder 
1 teaspoon of paprika 
1 teaspoon of salt 
1/2 cup chopped parsley and cilantro 
Two grated garlic cloves 

Preheat the oven to 400°. Line of baking sheet with foil or parchment and drizzle with a little olive oil. In a bowl place all of the meatball mixture mixed together until combined roll into balls and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until fully cooked through . #easyhealthyrecipes #meatballrecipes #leftoverricerecipes

So fresh and delicious you won’t be able to stop at one bite! 

4 pieces Fresh salmon 

Blackened seasoning - 3 tbsp coconut sugar, 1 tbsp kosher salt, 1 tbsp paprika and thyme , 1 tsp onion granules , garlic granules , cayenne pepper - mix together and season salmon liberally 

Add olive oil to skillet over medium heat and sear on each side until cooked to desired doneness 

Mango Salsa 
2 ripe mangos , peeled and diced 
1/4 cup finely diced red onion 
1 roma tomato , diced 
1 jalapeño, fire roasted seeded and diced 
1 bunch green onions, diced 
1 lime juiced and zested - make sure it’s a juicy one 
1 tbsp rice vinegar 
1 tsp honey 
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped 
1 tbsp of favorite hot sauce 
kosher salt 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and adjust seasoning to taste. Let sit for 15 minutes and serve or place in the fridge and stays fresh for 3 days

Save this for when you want a one pan 15 minute me Save this for when you want a one pan 15 minute meal! Korean beef so easy and delicious I’ve been making this for one of my clients every week for the past few months. 

Love to serve with rice and snap peas- can easily chop peas and cook with meat and frozen rice is amazing here to keep it in the 15 minute one pan ideal meal! 

Healthy, high protein and perfect for the busy time or year!

#recipe 
¼ cup coconut sugar, 
packed
¼ cup coconut aminos 
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes- more if you like it spicy 
1 tbsp goguchang paste 
2 tbsp grated ginger 
1 tablespoon avocado oil
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion , finely diced 
1 pound ground beef
2 green onions, thinly sliced
 sesame seeds and rice for serving ( frozen rice is an epic option here) 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, aminos, sesame oil, goguchang, red pepper flakes and ginger.
Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat.
Stir in sauce mixture and green onions until well combined, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds, if desired.

And in case you’re new here, hi! I’m Danielle and this is the side of Instagram where we eat cookies for breakfast :) 
Follow along for healthy recipes, DITL of a private chef , and of course all the fun.

Bananas for potassium and carbs, peanut butter for some protein and oats for fiber! Sprinkle in some @hukitchen chocolate and these cookies will be devoured in seconds! 

Feel free to use your favorite nut butter and mix ins the possibilities are endless! 

2 large ripe bananas- the riper the better 
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter - just nuts 
1 cup quick oats @onedegreeorganics 
1/2 cup chocolate chips @hukitchen 
Flaky salt 

Heat oven to 350’f. In a bowl mash bananas, then add in peanut butter and mix until smooth. Add in oats and chocolate chips. Mix and then form into cookies 2 tbsp at a time and bake for 8-11 minutes. 
Finish with flaky salt
