Calling all Peanut butter and chocolate lovers these cookies are for you.

So say hi to my ridiculously good-looking, chewy, thick, healthy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies with puddles of chocolate in every bite. Here’s the secret: they’re made without flour, eggs or butter!

These are the easiest cookies you can make with an ingredient that makes them shine miso paste! You might be thinking what the heck isn’t that for soup yes it is but adds such a depth of flavor it can’t be missed.

All you need for these cookies are

  • creamy peanut butter – one with just nuts I love trader joes
  • Miso paste
  • Maple syrup
  • Chocolate chips – you will love my favorite chocolate – the hunks from HU are only made with 3 ingredients and have a melt that cant be beat ( use code CHEFDanielle for a discount)

Mix everything in a bowl place it in the fridge for a couple hours and then bake and you are on your way to peanut butter and chocolate heaven. At least that’s what my neighbor said 🙂
