- canned corn
- cilantro
- green onion
- tomatoes
- dried oregano, cumin and salt
- lime juice and zest
- white balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and lime zest. Mix olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, oregano, cumin and salt into a bowl mix to combine. Add dressing to salsa, mix well and add adjust seasonings if needed.
Can be made 1 day ahead ( if making ahead wait to add avocados until before eating) and leftovers will last in the fridge for 3 days.
