I can’t believe this month is already over where did the time go! Had a great week cooking delicious meals for my clients and made a few new recipes I can’t wait to share soon. Super bowl and valentines day are coming up so I am planning on sharing some great ideas and recipes for those.

Monday – Instant Pot Balsamic Shredded Beef , love to serve with mashed potatoes and veggies
Tuesday – Vegan butternut squash stuffed shells , great with a dinner salad
Wednesday – Djion Caper White Fish , love to serve with wild rice and veggies
Thursday – Tomato Cheddar Stuffed Chicken breasts , delicious with salad and potatoes
Friday – Date night out 🙂
Saturday – Parmesan Chicken Wings and Brussel sprout caesar salad
Sunday – Curry Egg salad – protein packed delicious meal prep lunch
